Currently, we're only hiring for fixed-term contract agents. We have just a few live chat agent and telephone booking agent positions available. As such, make sure that you put a lot of effort into your application. 

Keep in mind that we strive for the highest possible standards at The Chat Shop, so please fill out your application in a manner that will showcase your abilities. Grammar and detail are a must. We also want to see your personality shine through! Check out the links below for tips.

Do you have advert location questions?

With our remote Live Chat Agent and Telephone Booking Agent positions, you may notice there are various adverts open in different regions. 

  • If you are based in the UK and wish to work remotely, please be sure to apply only for a UK based remote position. Your location in the UK does not matter as this is a remote role. 
  • If you are located in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee or Texas, please apply only to a US based role.
