Operations Quality Coordinator

I first joined The Chat Shop in 2015 and have been fortunate enough to experience many roles within the company; Live Chat Agent, Team Leader, Account Coordinator and Launch Manager. Having touched almost every aspect of the business, I've a great understanding of what makes The Chat Shop tick!

Right now, my primary focus is split - I spend a lot of time focusing on the quality of our services, ensuring that every agent delivers that 5 star service each and every time. We consistently hire quality people though - they make it pretty easy to keep on top of! When I'm not knee deep in quality assurance, I also look after our internal communications; ensuring that everyone that comes through our doors feels informed, engaged and a part of the family. 

My free time is spent divided between my dogs (Marley and Willow), gaming (anything, on any platform!) and socialising! 

At work, I'm known for putting the chat in The Chat Shop. We share a big chatroom space to keep in touch with all our remote colleagues, and I love to be talking about anything (but mainly counting down the days to Christmas, no matter what time of year it is!).
