^^I'm not sure how they got a recording of a real life conversation I've had, but here it is--this is me--bio over! 

I can be found anywhere from curled up on the couch to hiking in the Blue Ridge mountains -- I love it all! There's nothing that a little fresh air can't do for your soul. A good plate of comfort food (authentic BBQ for me!) can fix almost anything, but nothing is as comforting to me as spending quality time with my son and family. 

I currently work as the People & Culture Coordinator here and have worked with several teams, both as a chat agent and leading a team. Whether it's recruitment or our policies, processes, and guides, I'm always keeping busy!

I've been at the Chat Shop since 2016 and I have them to thank for being able to create such a pleasant and positive working environment from thousands of miles away!
