Starting way back in 2012, our founders had the vision to develop a company that would change the way chat is used today. Today, we have achieved our initial goal and continue to develop fresh new ideas about how to further customer satisfaction.

The Recruitment Team
We have an in-house recruitment team dedicated to obtaining the absolute cream of the crop! We look for people who tick all of the boxes when it comes to the position they are applying for – those who strive for excellence and it shows. We admit our standards are high, but that is ultimately what makes us different. We know you can shine in your interview and make a brilliant impression.

Odds are if you’re applying for a position with us, you have some stellar, relevant skills. You probably also have experience and skills that supercede what we’re looking for. Tell us all about that during your application phase and then tell us more during your interview. We love confident applicants and chances are, we will love you!

Given our medium, it’s imperative to have excellent spelling and grammar skills. Can you really trust someone who talkz lik diz when trying to get chat support? We can’t either, so you can see why this is important.

So what is our recruitment process like?
Good question, friend! We have a few stages in our recruitment process that help us get the best apples in the bunch.
Application
This stage is pretty routine, we’ll admit it! You simply fill out our application form and submit your CV (resume for all of our US peeps). We’ll go over a few requirements with you to make sure you can meet all of these.
You'll then be invited to an initial interview if your application stage is successful. Once you’ve scheduled your interview, we’ll provide you with any information you’ll need to prepare, if necessary. Be sure to take a look at this. It’s the key to a successful interview.
Keep in mind, this is our very first look at YOU, so be sure to put some effort in here and show off a bit. Don’t worry, we love confidence!
Here’s where it gets fun! You’ll get an invitation to join us for an initial interview. Depending on the role you’re applying for, this could be either a video interview or a live chat interview. You’ll speak to one of our Operations team and go through a series of questions mainly about you and assessing some of your skills against what we’re looking for! We want to know who you are, what you are looking for, and why you will fit well into our company. So, be sure to SHINE!
Second Interview
Almost all roles that we recruit for involve a second stage video interview if the first stage was successful. In this stage, we want to talk more about you and how you would fit into our company culture. We require video for these interviews because it’s so great to connect with each other and not lose that face to face interaction with operations being remote. It’s painless, we promise. Feel free to show your enthusiasm, be yourself, and engage in some banter. As we said, our recruitment staff love to talk!
Phew!! So what comes next?
If you’ve championed your way through our application selection process, both interview stages, and impressed our team, we’ll check your references and send a conditional offer letter/contract. Then, if all is in order, you’ll be officially on board!

You’re then off to training to best prepare you for the role you’re about to start. Once training is successfully completed, you’ll join your team and make friends across the globe! Then..the real work begins!
