If you're experienced in Sales and Account Management, with a passion for driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction and acquiring new business, then this is the role for you!

You’ll work to combine an amazing approach to service delivery with an ambitious growth agenda. You’ll provide support to clients and act as their main point of contact on a day-to-day basis. In collaboration with other departments, you’ll develop accounts, drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a chief negotiator for all relationship management issues, renewals and margin management - you’ll be driving our commercial success, with additional scope to drive new business activities.

*Please note that this role is remote, home-based in the US, and we are only able to hire from the following states: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.


About You

  • 3+ years of Commercial Account Manager/Sales experience with proven success in a B2B setting driving sales and growth
  • Great commercial awareness and business understanding
  • Knowledge of the role chat plays in the consumer buying and support process; with up to date industry knowledge of live chat, digital marketing, sales in the conversational marketing arena and AI (ChatBots)
  • In-depth knowledge of our products and business plan
  • Up to date knowledge of market trends to keep us fresh and up to speed
  • Subject matter expert on marketing techniques, materials, research and product strategy.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics
  • Tech-savvy and able to work within various technical platforms confidently including social media, blogs, CRM applications, marketing software and tools.

This exciting opportunity calls for a commercially minded person with business savvy - you develop strong client relationships and always think strategically. We are looking for a motivated home-worker with good time management skills, who isn't afraid of getting into the nitty-gritty - creating new business opportunities including outreach, prospecting, pipeline management, negotiating and closing the deal.

Team Function: Client Services

Reports to: Client Services Manager

Basic Salary Range: $36,000 - $41,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Homeworking (US Based) We are only able to hire from the following states: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.
