This position is quite different from our Live Chat Agent role and allows our agents to speak with others via telephone. What makes it different from other roles?
At The Chat Shop, we focus on conversations that matter! Our Telephone Booking Agents are individuals who love to speak with others and focus on a high level of customer service while guiding customers through various processes.
What's this position?
This role is a dedicated team position meaning that you will only work on one client. With that said, you'll be a contact point for customers who have placed their contact details into our client's system. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, answer any questions they may have, and update notes/statuses in a back-end system. Finally, you'll follow up with customers to ensure they have completed all of the necessary steps to finish their files.
